The Finance Partner will play an integral role in the finance department, liaising internally with staff at all levels, and providing financial support to members of the Leadership Team whilst working in partnership with them and relevant team members.
For a complex, global organisation, we're recruiting a Finance Business Partner to provide support and business partnering across Corporate Services and a global transformation programme.
Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will support stakeholders in the development of financial and operational plans for transformation through to implementation and will own the financial models that sit behind this.

Our client is an established charity based in Central London looking for a Finance Business Partner on a 12-18month fixed term contract.
Main responsibilities
Finance Business Partner combines deep financial expertise with strong business acumen and interpersonal skills to support strategic decision-making and drive organizational performance.
The sucessful candidate will support business teams in their financial and operational plans for transformation through to implementation, ensuring financial information is clear and correctly linked to strategic and operational plans; and will own the financial models that sit behind this.
Establish financial guidance/targets and core assumptions for planning and reporting and provide analysis and insights as required.
About
The role will report to the Director FP&A Professional Services and Transformation and will provide financial support and business partnering across Professional Services and the Transformation programme.
This is a remote working role, offering flexible working.
