Finance Business Partner - Transformation | 12-months FTC | London- Hybrid | 70 - 80K
For a complex, global organisation, we're recruiting a Finance Business Partner to provide support and business partnering across Corporate Services and a global transformation programme. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role will support stakeholders in the development of financial and operational plans for transformation through to implementation and will own the financial models that sit behind this. This role will establish core assumptions and drivers for planning and reporting and will provide analysis and insights across all regions / countries.
Main Duties:
- Support the FP&A Director with the development of a 5yr financial model for corporate services working closely with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Develop business cases and models to support transformation
- Modelling of efficiencies and investment needed
- Support the improved approach to reporting on functional profitability across a 3-5-year period
- Generation of cash flow assumptions for business cases
- Support stakeholders in preparing business cases for the investment board
- Monitor and report on delivery against implementation plans
- Review and refine financial reporting for corporate services
- Provide analysis and insights to support commercial decision-making including market and competitor / customer information
Person Specification:
- CCAB qualified with strong FP&A, management information and reporting from a global organisation
- Strong finance business partnering experience gained in a company undergoing change and transformation or restructuring
- Excellent Excel modelling skills are a must
- Experience of the appraisal of investment projects and of change programmes
