We are seeking an Interim Finance Business Partner for a well-respected organisation based in Crawley, West Sussex. Our client is currently experiencing a high workload and is investing in various projects. To support their initiatives, they are seeking a commercially minded and analytical Finance Business Partner. In this role, you will collaborate closely with different departments, including Marketing and Commercial teams.

?? Responsibilities: ?????

As the Finance Business Partner, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing profitability of the business
  • Providing key input into divisional projects
  • Collaborating closely with key stakeholders to translate financial information and business plans to non-finance individuals
  • Ensuring correct month-end processes and controls are in place
  • Delivering on business targets
  • Assuring the Business Unit meets all its monthly and quarterly reporting obligations, both internally and externally

?? Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): ??

To be successful in this role, you should demonstrate the following:

  • Proven experience as a Finance Business Partner or a similar function
  • Strong analytical and commercial mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Sound knowledge of financial planning, reporting, and analysis
  • Qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or related field

�? Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience): �?

While not essential, the following attributes would be beneficial:

  • Experience in partnering with Marketing and Commercial teams
  • Knowledge of relevant industry trends and regulations
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CIMA, ACCA)

In this role, you will utilise various technologies to support your finance business partnering activities. Familiarity with finance software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and data analysis tools would be advantageous.
