GBR Recruitment are working exclusively with a leading high volume manufacturing business in Northamptonshire, recruiting for an experienced QHSE Management Systems Officer, to implement, maintain & manage all internal Quality, Health, Safety & Environmental systems, processes & procedures, ensuring compliance plus a proactive approach.
As the QHSE Management Systems Officer, your primary focus, is to update, modify & implement all QHSE working processes / policies across the factory operations, plus you will have responsibility for the Quality Management System (QMS) relating to ISO 9001:2015 & ISO 14001 compliance measures.
You will be hands on operationally & work closely with all key areas of the manufacturing facility (production, materials & parts intake, purchasing, stock control, design, finance / accounts, supply chain etc.)
You will lead the implementation of change initiatives within our Green IT & Sustainability projects, driving innovation and efficiency.Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and development, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainability.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives.
