Your new role
You will lead the implementation of change initiatives within our Green IT & Sustainability projects, driving innovation and efficiency.Demonstrate a strong commitment to learning and development, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices in sustainability. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with organisational goals and objectives. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively, ensuring successful project delivery. Champion sustainability initiatives within the Risk & Finance departments, fostering a culture of environmental responsibility and stewardship.
On site in Northampton 2 days per week
What you'll need to succeed
Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully implementing change initiatives.
Passion for sustainability and a keen interest in driving environmental initiatives within corporate settings.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage and influence diverse audiences.
Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented mindset.
