Our Charity

We are St Andrew's, a mental health Charity which inspires Hope. We working together with a number of organisations to transform the lives of people with complex mental health needs. We provide specialist mental healthcare and deliver a range of inpatient and community mental healthcare services, education and research that helps to improve lives.

The Role

You will report directly into our Deputy Director of HR and will form part of the HR management team being the line manager for the HR Systems team, including SAP HR, Success factors – Recruitment/LMS, Self Service and Allocate so experience and knowledge in this areas would be advantageous.

You will manage all our HR systems and will support our HR Services and payroll teams to drive continuous improvement activity and own the management, administration and development of Allocate, our Time and Attendance system. You will also lead on significant business critical and/or complex systems and data projects via an effective change control process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the eRostering team ensuring the delivery of a high quality administration service, delivery of process improvements and new system functionality.
  • To line manage the HR Systems technical team and the delivery of their collective accountability ensuring issues are resolved within agreed SLA's and management action is taken to escalate any key issues
  • Provide programme management reports relating to systems changes resulting from continuous improvement and/or business change activity.
  • To regulate the use of HR Systems modules and work with the wider HR Services management team to ensure that all processes are fully defined with the robust management of data as a priority.
  • To actively identify service restrictions and/or provide technical support to contribute to appropriate delivery solutions.
  • To represent HR Services in varying change control meetings relating to strategic or operational change and advise of best practice and recommended approach.

Ideally you will have good HR Systems / HR Services experience along with great problem solving and continuous improvement skills, ability to use data to make informed business decisions and enjoy working in a fast pace environment. Experience implementing new or replacement systems would also be desirable.
