Customer Service Assistant Responsibilities
Handling customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and in-person, providing accurate information and resolving issues in a timely manner.
You will be working within the Customer Care Team and will be responsible for case managing customer complaints and enquiries from stakeholders, ensuring the highest service standards from receipt to resolution, as well as capturing and sharing learning from complaints to enable improvements to customer journey.
