As an OCR Operator you will be responsible for the daily management of all enquiries received into the business from the client, with the responsibility for meeting and exceeding contract service level agreements.
You will be the first point of contact for customers entering the shop and will be responsible for answering phone calls and emails in a timely manner.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to work off their own initiative and prioritize workload.
