Job Overview
Within this role you will be responsible for building long-lasting relationships with clients, delivering exceptional customer service, and maximising customer satisfaction while realising the full benefits of our service provisions.
We are on the hunt for an experienced, customer-focused Installation Coordinator to provide support on a part-time basis up to 22 hours a week.
The role will be varied and involve a number of tasks including placing orders with suppliers for a range of services, liaising with customers and suppliers and general office administration.
Previous experience within IT or the Telecoms sector advantageous.
