Event Coordinator
Temporary Contract: August - End of October Location: Fleet - Hybrid Working Rate: £12.82 per hour Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:30-17:30
Join a leading company in the events sector and work on one of their largest projects! This role involves providing administrative support and customer service to event attendees, assisting with their travel and accommodation bookings.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general phone and email customer support.
- Manage general enquiry inboxes.
- Use registration technology and a customer service ticketing system to record and track queries.
- Collate data using Excel.
- Collaborate with a wider team of Administrators, Coordinators and Consultants on the project.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Customer service experience, preferably in an events or hospitality setting.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
