Proposals Coordinator

Our client based in Hampshire are currently recruiting for a Proposal Coordinator to join their team as soon as possible.

This is a full time, hybrid, permanent role offering between £28,000 - £35,000 per year based on experience.

The purpose of the role is to work alongside the Bid Manager, providing leadership and support in the production of proposals and bids.

Responsibilities:

  • Fully produces pre-qualification submissions.
  • Receives bids, fully understands the requirements and deliverables.
  • Prepares and holds question reviews with the team, identifies USPs with the team.
  • Bid writes for each bid.
  • Edits bit information from the team.
  • Produces full proposal documents including graphics.
  • Takes responsibility for the successful completion and submission of all pre-qualification questionnaires and bids.
