As a Patient Administrator, your key responsibilities will include
Providing a comprehensive administrative service to the clinical teams, including dictation, producing documentation such as discharge summaries and operation notes, and maintaining a high standard of documentation.
Working as a Customer Service Administrator, the appointed person will play a key part in being the first point of contact for the team, do some fact finding, store and upload data where necessary and then pass on to the relevant party.
