Job Title: Customer Services and Client Relations
Location: Feltham, UK
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm (40 hours per week)
Salary: £27,352 per annum (Weekly pay, Temp to Permanent role)

Key Responsibilities:
As part of the team, your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Customer Engagement & Communication:

o Answering telephone enquiries and processing customer orders.
o Managing client relations by calling existing customers to ensure satisfaction and offer additional support.
o Re-engaging lapsed clients by making outbound calls to discuss potential needs and set appointments.

  • Order & Quote Management:

o Producing accurate quotes based on phone or email enquiries.
o Processing and managing orders via phone and email.

  • Administrative Duties:

o Filing and archiving paperwork.
o Assisting team members with various projects and collaborative tasks.

  • Customer Relationship Building:

o Maintaining and growing the company's client base through effective communication and engagement.
o Ensuring all interactions are conducted in a professional and efficient manner.

  • Collaboration with Sales Team:

o Working closely with the sales team to meet and exceed company sales objectives.
o Sharing and implementing best practices to improve overall team performance.

Experience & Skills Required:

  • Essential Experience:

o A minimum of 3 years' administrative experience, ideally in customer service.
o Proficiency in Office 365, including applications such as Teams, Word, and Excel.

  • Desirable Qualities:

o Confident telephone manner and excellent verbal communication skills.
o Strong written communication skills with a high level of literacy and numeracy.
o Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
o Ability to work independently, use initiative, and meet deadlines.
o Ability to work well under pressure, contributing to a positive team environment.
o A motivated and enthusiastic attitude with a "can do" approach.
o Polite, professional, and responsible demeanor.
