Day-to-day of the role:

  • Respond promptly to customer emails and inquiries.
  • Communicate directly with customers to address their needs and concerns.
  • Upload and update customer details and other information on the system accurately.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operation and effective service delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
