The successful applicant will lead and manage a team of Support Workers to deliver high quality, effective supported housing services and/or housing management services to a range of service user groups (including young people, homeless people and prison leavers) that meet their needs and meet contractual requirements.

Ackerman Pierce is actively recruiting a Service Manager for the Family Support and Protection Service in Rochdale.
This position is initially for 3-6 months, with potential for extension based on performance and internal circumstances.
Responsibilities
You will assist the Head of Service, with the development and delivery of the family Support and Protection service and contribute to all service and development planning.
To provide a helpful, professional & efficient contact handling experience to all customers contacting the Customer Service Centre; across all contact channels, using the appropriate telephony system and social care case management system.
25 hours per week -
The shifts are Monday Friday 5:30pm 11:30pm and Sat/Sun 8am 11:30pm.
