The Finance Director will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of the organisation by driving integration and transformation initiatives across business units.
The CFO will lead Finance, Investor Relations, Risk & Compliance, HR, IT Transformation, and Company Secretarial functions, while managing key relationships with the Board, shareholders, and institutional investors.
We are looking for an experienced interim CFO to join the Executive Team of a fast growing dynamic business whilst they recruit on a permanent basis.
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a vital role in the company's strategic growth and financial planning, working with the business to drive productivity.
This is an interim Finance Director / CFO job to work on a project assisting a project based business near to Manchester with the Financial Due Diligence pre sale of the business.
You will report into both the CEO, and to a certain extent the vendor on ensuring the FDD is successful completed, and the beginnings of a professionalised finance function are created.
You will be a Qualified Accountant, and very likely a career interim with significant experience of working on sales of businesses, particularly first time sales where the finance function is not yet professionalised.
Morgan Law are working with an NHS CFO who is seeking an additional Deputy CFO role to provide additional capacity to support it with the delivery of its financial plan for 2023/24 and in implementing its medium-term financial recovery plan.
The postholder will work closely with the CFO, other Executive Directors and other key staff, including the Trust's Senior Finance Team, PMO and Divisional operational management teams in the following areas:

The Finance Division is responsible for financial management, control and assurance in the organisation.
