Interim CFO - Exeter/London
We are looking for an experienced interim CFO to join the Executive Team of a fast growing dynamic business whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The CFO will lead Finance, Investor Relations, Risk & Compliance, HR, IT Transformation, and Company Secretarial functions, while managing key relationships with the Board, shareholders, and institutional investors.
Reporting to the CEO, you will play a vital role in the company's strategic growth and financial planning, working with the business to drive productivity.
This interim CEO job will be split between working in Exeter and London on a weekly basis.

Who We're Looking For:
- The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a senior finance role, ideally as CFO, with a strong track record in financial leadership, strategic planning, and managing investor relations.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with investors, the Board, and cross-functional teams are essential.
- You will be a proactive and strategic leader, with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and influence at all levels of the organisation.
- Experience in IT transformation, compliance, and HR management is highly desirable.
