The role of the the Customer Service Advisor is primarily a Call Handling role where you will be expected to answer telephones calls at speed during the course of the day.
You will assist with customer queries and use our in-house system to schedule property viewings.

X1 Sales and Lettings in Media City are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors on a fixed term temporary basis to join our Media City Branch a 3 month contract, with an immediate start until November/December.
A SAP HR Business Analyst (SuccessFactors HR Payroll) is required for our client based in Manchester for an initial 6 month contract (likelihood of extensions).
This is a hybrid position with ideally around 2 days per week on site (some flexibility).
Our client is undergoing a large scale transformation project with the implementation of a new HR system.
We have an immediate requirement for 2 candidates to join our city centre client to assist with a project that is estimated to be initially a couple of weeks work but could go on longer or onto different projects for the right candidate.
You will be liaising with exisitng customer database and gathering research information.
