Customer Service Advisor / Call handler
X1 Sales and Lettings in Media City are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisors on a fixed term temporary basis to join our Media City Branch a 3 month contract, with an immediate start until November/December.
Your Role with us:
The role of the the Customer Service Advisor is primarily a Call Handling role where you will be expected to answer telephones calls at speed during the course of the day. You will assist with customer queries and use our in-house system to schedule property viewings.

Do you have what we are looking for before you apply?
- Experience of working in a fast-paced office/customer service environment.
- Interpersonal skills as you are engaging with prospective and current tenants
- Ability to inform customers of solutions on offer in an empathetic way
- Excellent telephone skills and a friendly attitude
- Good administrative skills
- Ideally worked in a call centre in a telephone based Customer Service position.
