Working closely with the Registered Manager, Team Leader and care team, your role will be pivotal in ensuring that not only is care maintained along with service excellence, but that all care staff are fully utilised and supported with the efficient organisation of care runs and rota allocation.
Your primary function will be to design and implement the care team rotas, to ensure we maximise the efficient and effective delivery of care to our clients.
This role will be mainly office based, but there will be occasions when you will be required to participate in the on call service and be required to visit our service users.
As a Team Leader, you would be one of the most valued members of our team, in addition to delivering the high-quality our client is known for, you would also be meeting and assessing new service users, completing client reviews and risk assessments, identifying and dealing with any queries that may arise and report to the office.
You would also be responsible for supervising, mentoring and carrying out spot checks on field staff, ensuring that high standards are maintained at all times and adhere to code of conduct and companies values and ethos.
