The successful applicant will be a highly experienced Registered Manager with a proven track record of achieving and sustaining Outstanding or Good Ofsted ratings within children's homes for those with complex needs.
You will be proficient in the leadership, supervision and appraisal of a staff team, including the recruitment and selection of such, as well as working to all necessary legislation including Ofsted guideline, Working Together and the Quality Standards. Knowledge and experience of working to CQC would also be beneficial.
