Customer Service Representative Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Location: Theale Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Theale. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, handling incoming calls and emails with a focus on resolving inquiries, processing orders, and delivering exceptional service. Day to Day of the role: Respond to inbound sales inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate product information and addressing customer questions or concerns. Manage customer orders with precision, from entry to delivery coordination, ensuring all details are correct and customer records are updated. Configure pallets of product and organise all relevant documentation, including customer delivery notes. Resolve customer issues, complaints, and concerns promptly, maintaining customer satisfaction. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat business. Advise customers on products or services to support their purchasing decisions. Keep customers informed about special offers, promotions, and new products. Collect customer feedback to contribute to company improvements. Use CRM software to maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales forecasts. Arrange and monitor delivery of orders, communicating any issues to customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience with inbound and outbound calls and emails. Proficiency in order processing and customer relationship management. Strong organisational and time management skills. Good numeracy and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with the ability to follow instructions and procedures. Benefits: Competitive salary £24,000 to £25,000 per annum. Office-based role with a consistent schedule.
