Our client, a leading company based in Theale, West Berkshire, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a key member of their customer service department, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding support to their valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Providing solutions to customer issues and offering product recommendations
  • Processing orders and ensuring timely delivery
  • Building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Resolving complaints in a professional and timely manner

In return, our client offers an annual salary of £24,000 - £26,000, depending on experience, as well as great benefits including:
