Customer Service Executive
Location: Thatcham
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 pa
Our client, a leading company in the medical industry, is seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join their team as a Customer Service Executive. If you have experience in providing exceptional customer service, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers and sales representatives.
- Answer incoming calls and provide product and service information.
- Process orders and track back orders.
- Open customer accounts and update account information.
- Prepare invoices and maintain customer records.
- Assist in resolving product or service problems.
- Contribute to team efforts and accomplish related results.
- Assist with preparing orders within the warehouse environment.
Requirements:
- Experience in the medical industry.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proactive mindset and ability to prioritise workload.
- Good team player.
