Key Tasks/Responsibilities for Senior Customer Service Specialist
Taking a lead role in the team, balancing regular customer enquiries with high level account management and dealing with issues and escalations.
We are actively looking for a Commercial Account Executive to join our Consumer & Local Commercial team.
In this role you will be responsible for building rapport with new and existing clients, who could range from sole traders, through to the MD/CEO of a large organisation, and working closely with the Branch Manager to achieve objectives.
Our local Commercial team have grown rapidly over the last 14 years', and we now have over 200 people within the team across the UK.

As the Customer Support Advisor, you will be responsible for calling customers to explain the processes associated with the service and answer any questions.
We are working in partnership with a successful and growing business in Oxford who are recruiting for a bi-lingual Customer Support Advisor to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key responsibilities will include
Make a number of outbound calls per day to suppliers to explain the purpose of your call and follow up with the relevant documentation.
Reporting to the office's Regional Executive Services Manager or Executive Services Team Leader, this position provides high-quality support to lawyers, leveraging available resources effectively.
The Executive Assistant role is embedded within the Executive Support Services (ESS) team, which supports all business areas.
