We are seeking a proactive and personable Customer Service Specialist to join our clients EMEA Customer Service team for 12-month maternity cover. In this role, you will deliver exceptional support to our client's customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service. You will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries, assisting with account setup, product information, and order management.
As Customer Service Specialist Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customers within the EMEA region.
- Liaise with the Regional Commercial team on customer needs.
- Respond to customer queries via phone, chat, and email.
- Support internal teams including Sales, Technical Support, Logistics, and more.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and meet service KPIs.
- Take on ad-hoc projects as needed.
Experience required:
- A degree in any field.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office & Email.
- Excellent communication skills, with confidence in phone interactions.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
- Fluency in Italian is a plus.
