Customer Service Advisor - Great Opportunity!

Who will I be working for?

Our client is a leader in their field, working with some of the biggest global brands. They have experienced fantastic growth over the last 12 months and are now seeking to recruit a highly professional, ambitious candidate for this newly created position.

What will I be doing?

You will support rapid growth, be a bright and enthusiastic candidate who want to make an immediate impact to the business. Ensuring the highest level of customer service is delivered to the customer.

Main duties and responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone, electronically or face to face.
  • Monitor and expedite customer orders through the business to ensure on time delivery.
  • Proactively communicate late deliveries to customers.
  • Liaise with customers to identify production requirements.
  • Communicate customer production requirements to the Supply Chain Team agreeing customer delivery dates.
  • Handle and respond efficiently to all general and order specific customer enquiries within 24 hours.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal and third-party stake holders.
  • Facilitate customer responses across the business within a maximum of 24 hours.
  • Prepare Management Reports.
  • Process and manage customer orders via MRP system.
  • Coordinate "Biteblock" orders.
  • Effectively represent and promote the high standards of the company to its customers.
  • Attend Monthly Sales meetings.
  • Participate in and actively promote the company's CIP by being proactive in suggesting improvements in productivity and efficiency, and looking for ways to continually improve the way we work and reduce waste.

What skills and experience are required?

  • A passion for delivering exceptional Customer Service.
  • The ability to listen, empathise, build rapport and understanding with customers.
  • Someone who enjoys taking ownership of queries to get them resolved.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent Computer Literacy skills and the confidence to learn new systems.
  • Enjoys working in a team environment.

What else do I need to know?

This is a permanent, full time, office based role in Yarnton. Due to location own transport is required.
