Our client based in Barton Under Needwood have a 6 month fixed term contract for a Customer Service Coordinator.
Job Purpose
You will be responsible for pricing spares, spot repairs and overhauls, booking orders, managing the order book, and liaising with customers to maintain customer satisfaction.
To support our customers through maintenance and operation optimisation with customised solutions for spare parts, repair, and overhaul activities on existing trains.
Provide a friendly and professional point of contact for the Operations Team and Sub Contractors for any queries or concerns.
Interpret and log data, inputting details into an in-house system, providing and tracking o work on a regular basis understanding of the status of the work and ensure SLA's are met.
Additionally, you may perform some pre-screening eye examinations and administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, supporting the phone lines from customer queries and processing payments.
As a Retail Optical Assistant at Vision Express, you'll assist our customers in finding and selecting eyewear that meets their needs.
You'll help with frame adjustments, repairs, and fittings.
You don't need optical experience to join us as a Retail Assistant, but you will have worked in a retail or a customer-facing environment.
