HR Administrator - based fully on site in Stoke on Trent

Monday - Friday

8:30am - 5:00pm

Rate of pay £12.89ph

As an HR Administrator, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the HR team in various daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sending out employment offers and contracts to new hires, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
  • Updating and maintaining personal details on our client's systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Responding to queries from employees and managers via email and telephone, providing excellent customer service at all times.
  • Recording and logging employee absences, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Assisting with general onboarding processes
  • Carrying out a range of administrative tasks to support the HR team, such as filing, scanning documents, and data entry.

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in HR or a related field.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively handle queries from employees and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and software, with advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.
  • A high level of professionalism and confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to deliver excellent results.
