Customer Service Advisor working within the telephone call centre in Adult Social Care
To provide information and advice for service users, carers and care professionals.
To work as part of a team within Bromley Assessment & Care Management Division, to provide a high quality, prompt and effective front-line service to the public and other professionals:
To provide appropriate administrative support for meetings as and when required, including arranging venues, issuing invitations and agendas, collating reports, minute taking and distributing minutes as required
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
To ensure correspondence including letters, email and telephone calls are dealt with appropriately including alerting the Manager to specific priorities and issues.
Be responsible for data input and maintenance of records as necessary, including records of PCNs, parents/carers not ready/home, staff appointments etc.
To provide high quality operational administrative support for Passenger Services.
Support the maintenance of databases for Passenger Services, used for scheduling, time management, and annual leave (Vision Time database), preparing and collating reports for managers as required.
To deliver an efficient and effective public service in the library, maintaining a high level of customer care; and to contribute to the Library Service's aim to provide the best quality and accessible library and information service to all members of the community.
