Due to an internal promotion we are looking for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join our fast growing and established team in Redditch.
The main objective of this role is to provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
This is a full-time permanent role the hours are 9-5pm.
The Customer Service Administrator will work as part of a small office-based team, with responsibility for ensuring customers receive the very best experience whilst delivering a first-class service through multiple channels (telephone, email, salesforce).
Quality is the primary focus, delivering on promises and ensuring first-time resolution of all customer queries.
