Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for our customers and play a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Your key duties will include:
- Handling customer queries via phone and email and providing timely and accurate responses.
- Processing orders efficiently and maintaining attention to detail.
- Assisting customers with product information and services, ensuring their needs are met.
- Managing and maintaining customer records, updating systems as necessary.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless service experience.
- Supporting the administrative function of the customer service team, including data entry, filing, and report generation.
What We're Looking For:
The ideal candidate will have the following:
- Previous experience in a customer service admin role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM systems or customer databases (desirable).
- A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a passion for helping customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
