My client is seeking to hire a candidate to lead the Development Delivery function, overseeing day-to-day operational delivery of development activity across a portfolio of projects within the social housing care provider sector.

Key responsibilities include
Leading the development team to achieve their goals and targets, identifying and managing risk and ensuring process and procedure is followed within governance frameworks.
