The role is vacancy cover and can become permanent for the right candidate.
This role of Behaviour Support Worker is vital in providing high quality behavioural support. Ideally the successful Behaviour Support Worker candidate will have:
- An understanding of the social, emotional, and mental health needs of young people.
- Ability to de-escalate behaviour incidents.
- Experience of working within a secondary school or transferable skills
