Qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy
- HCPC registration
Skills:
- Experience in Continuing Healthcare environments
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of assistive technology devices
Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits with community nurses
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations
- Recommend appropriate medical aids/equipment
