The Role
To efficiently manage and oversee the administrative, operational and financial functions of the branch, promote branch visibility and drive business growth by ensuring customer and community awareness of the banks products and services, to facilitate the achievement of set targets for operational and sales performance.

Reporting to a Head of Finance, you will be instrumental in defining and implementing the cash, banking and accounts receivable processes, leading a team to operate them and ensuring the integrity of the revenue through robust reconciliation.

Define, document and implement cash, banking and AR policies, processes and controls.
The Skills You'll Need: Extensive UK Risk Management experience in Banking sector, high level of credit risk analysis skills, experience in leading and overseeing a Risk Managementteam / department
Job Status: Permanent.
Your New Salary: up to £160k (possibly higher), depending on experience bonus
To manage the credit relationship for a portfolio of Recoveries exposures with the overarching aim being to minimise losses at an acceptable risk and cost.
The job holder will manage the recovery cases in their portfolio by applying and implementing appropriate recovery, asset enforcement, litigation and insolvency procedures.
