The post holder will also support other midwives within the service, which may include management responsibilities for the midwifery practice or team without the Band 7 Midwife.
The post holder will be responsible for providing autonomous, evidence-based, women-centred midwifery care while working collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, other agencies, representatives, and service users.
