This leading law firm is looking for a BD & Marketing Manager for their Employment & Immigration Practice areas on a 12 month fixed term contrcat basis.
You will work closely with your assigned practices, nominated partners, cross-firm groups and the wider BD & Marketing team to execute plans, identify opportunities and overall build strategy; providing a high quality, proactive full range of business development and marketing support across Recognition, Reputation, Relationships and Revenue.
Specific duties include
Organise costed plans for service offerings across practice.
Assist facilities, building, and engineering managers with client relations, ensuring open communication with occupiers on building updates and operational matters.

As an Assistant Building Manager, you'll support the facilities and engineering managers in all aspects of building operations.

The experienced Manager will have a background within mechanical or electrical engineering and have worked on large proejcts for a sub contractor and now progressed to working for a main contractor.
Experienced TSM / M&E Manager required to work for leading refurb contractor.
The candidate will have run all the services on a project of values around the £20m mark and be used to overseeing the specialist sub contractors, and running site meetings and looking after the design etc.
