Salary: 31.87PH Base Rate

What you'll do:
As a Marketing Manager, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's ambitious growth plans. You will lead on the creation and delivery of innovative and commercial campaigns that align with their objectives. Your ability to effectively communicate with multiple stakeholders across all levels of the business will be key to your success. You will also have the opportunity to build a strong network both internally and externally, collaborating closely with various teams to develop customer-centric solutions.
- Lead on complex campaigns for large programmes and markets, developing briefs and value propositions.
- Create and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that support revenue objectives and enhance firm reputation.
- Act as a point of contact for portfolio of accounts, advising on strategy, activation, and scope of services.
- Manage production and execution of agreed deliverables within timelines and budget.
- Work closely with EY.COM Editorial Manager to ensure content relevance and compelling buyer journey.
- Responsible for maintenance of relevant EY.COM pages and profiles.
- Build strong internal and external networks, working closely with business, global colleagues, external agencies, and in-house studios.

- Extensive business experience or a degree (or equivalent), professional qualification.
- Experience of working in large/matrix organisations, balancing multiple stakeholder requirements.
- Strong track record of strategic campaign management, producing quality, consistent messages through all channels.
- Solid understanding of campaign principles coupled with strong commercial drive.
- Ability to juggle conflicting demands on time and prioritise effectively.
- Desire to embrace and drive change whilst identifying process improvements.
