Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement maintenance strategies, procedures, and methods.
Carry out daily plant room checks whilst helping to maintain the company's electrical services and support the maintenance of mechanical plant services.
To ensure that all mandatory, systems, plant, and lighting checks are carried out and maintained to ensure uninterrupted service and prepare the building for opening to the public and our Licensing obligations.
To ensure all life safety of all electrical installations are maintained and kept in good working order, i.e., PA system, fire alarm, secondary lighting; and to carry out first-line response/repairs to these systems.
The Maintenance Technician will collaborate with the Community Manger and site team to ensure that KPI's are achieved to include, robust health and safety management, a variety of repairs and maintenance, cost efficiency and positive resident reviews, whilst maintaining the highest of standards on site.
The Maintenance Technician will assist in driving the performance of the site through collaborating with the on-site team to achieve the same goals, whilst delivering an industry leading resident experience.
