Are you a time served building services engineer with a good understanding of building services health and safety regulations? Your skill-set is needed! I am working with a leading FM service provider who are seeking an experienced building services maintenance engineer to join on one of their flagship contracts, with a purpose to provides hands-on maintenance and to work closely with sub-contractors on-site.
Responsibilities
- Hands-on electrical/mechanical maintenance on breakdowns/emergencies
- Assisting sub-contractors and escorting across the site
- Reviewing and issuing RAMS
- Documenting installation/maintenance/upgrade works carried out by sub-contractors
- Providing technical assistance on health and safety regulations by auditing site equipment
Requirements
- Level 3 Electrical Qualification
- 18th Edition
- Good understanding of building services H&S legislation
- Strong communication skills
- Strong IT skills
