As a pivotal member of daily operations, your duties may include various tasks to support the assembly and production processes. Responsibilities: Operate machinery and equipment to produce bespoke products. Follow production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders. Assemble and package custom products according to customer specifications. Perform quality checks to ensure each product has integrity and meets industry standards. Assist in maintaining a clean and organised workspace. Collaborate with team members to optimise production processes. Follow safety regulations and company policies at all times. Requirements: Experience in a similar production role with knowledge of following mechanical drawings to assemble products is preferable Applicants with previous consistent work history that demonstrates reliability and commitment will be reviewed and considered. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality products. A mechanical mindset and a willingness to learn. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to shifting priorities. Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. Fluent in English both written and spoken.
