Are you an assembly technician or similar looking for a role within an exciting, growing company that offers expert training, multiple progression paths and an interesting variety of hands on technical work?

The company are a successful and longstanding manufacturer, covering the nuclear, defence and aerospace markets, specialising in detector equipment. With continued expansion and growth arises an opportunity for a new Assembly Technician to join the team.
This role would suit an Assembly Technician or similar who is looking for a varied role with full training, within a tight-knit company who are known for looking after their employees in a role where you will be working in the production and assembly of bespoke gas filled detectors.
The role:
- Assembling gas detector products
- Maintaining all client documentation
- Participating in client visits and on site testing
- Key focus on continuous improvement and lean manufacturing
The person:
- Experience in precision mechanical assembly / fitting
- Experience working with hazardous materials
