It is essential that you have been involved with running your own portfolio of fairly high-end residential blocks including experience of: preparing service charge budgets, overseeing section 20 projects, dealing with escalated and sometimes complicated issues with the properties and strong lease knowledge.
The role
Proactively manage a small portfolio of residential service charge buildings.
The APM will work with the Project Managers to run multiple projects with full autonomy over every aspect of the conference process from research through to production, marketing, sales and logistics.
