The Role

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the management of a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all properties are maintained to the highest standards.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors.
- Handle tenancy renewals, deposit negotiations, and rent reviews with confidence and efficiency.
- Manage maintenance issues, coordinating with contractors to ensure timely resolution.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving tenant and landlord queries promptly.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in residential property management, preferably within London.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive problem-solver with a keen eye for detail.
- In-depth knowledge of property management legislation and best practices.
