Sales and Lettings Property Administrator Our client is a fantastic multi branch upper market independent estate agency seeking to recruit a Property Administrator. Joining a dynamic, fast paced department in a rapidly expanding company. Role Requirements: Assisting the Sales and Lettings Team Typing and sending out valuation/instruction letters and other sales and lettings documents Preparing and updating property lists, property details and window cards Reception - making sure that the reception area is stocked up with property magazines Weekly stationery ordering via the online stationery system Updating the company website with property details as and when necessary Advertising - preparing and proof-reading any adverts for publications Organising photography, floorplans and relevant statutory documents Opening, date stamping and distributing post and franking outgoing mail General administration duties and canvassing File management Ordering property boards to be erected or taken down Management of gas safety and electrical safety system, arranging gas safety's and EICR's due - Monthly Chasing gas safety and electrical safety certificates and sending copies to Landlords & Tenants Administration of tenancy renewals including sending of initial letters to landlords, preparing renewal paperwork and chasing in signed renewal document Personal Specification: Excellent typing skills, grammar and proof reading skills are required. The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated and able to work under pressure Be able to meet deadlines and use their own initiative Excellent meet and greet and telephone manner Good IT skills including intermediate knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel Good customer relations and communication skills are required Team player Property or Administration background preferable Hours: Monday to Friday: 9.00am to 6.00pm and one in every three Saturday's 10.00am - 2.00pm
