My client is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team for a 6 month maternity cover. The role is based 5 days a week in the office The role is to provide effective efficient support to all visitors and colleagues Key Duties First point of contact for all visitors and staff Dealing with incoming calls, taking and distributing message Arrange appropriate transportation and dealing with couriers Provide administrative/clerical support as necessary in order to deliver effective and efficient reception services To attend meetings and training sessions as required to support continuous learning and development and performance improvement Skills & Experience Effective verbal communication Strong written communication skills to prepare simple documents, reports, procedures as required Competent in the use of a range of current Microsoft office products
