Receptionist / Administrator

My client is seeking a Receptionist/Administrator to join their team for a 6 month maternity cover.

The role is based 5 days a week in the office

The role is to provide effective efficient support to all visitors and colleagues

Key Duties

  • First point of contact for all visitors and staff
  • Dealing with incoming calls, taking and distributing message
  • Arrange appropriate transportation and dealing with couriers
  • Provide administrative/clerical support as necessary in order to deliver effective and efficient reception services
  • To attend meetings and training sessions as required to support continuous learning and development and performance improvement

Skills & Experience

  • Effective verbal communication
  • Strong written communication skills to prepare simple documents, reports, procedures as required
  • Competent in the use of a range of current Microsoft office products
