My client a social housing organisation located in Essex is seeking an experienced Facilities Officer to maintain the clients' hubs (4 offices) the Braintree and Witham areas.
The position reporting directly to the Facilities Manager will require the postholder to be the key holder for the hubs and with the direction of the Facilities account manage and oversee works carried out by the contractors this being cleaning and maintenance.
They need someone initially for 12 weeks but will consider the successful candidate for the job permanently.
The positions covers a wide range of duties assisting with the day to day management of the Council's housing stock as it relates to efficient estate management, including rent arrears and anti-social behaviour.
