HR Administrator

HR Administrator required on a temporary basis for an initial 3 month period, with potential to become a permanent position. Salary is between £22,000 - £24,000, and HR admin experience is essential.

Hours of work will be 35 hours a week Monday - Friday, with flexibility to work between the hours of 6.30am - 5.00pm.

A car driver is required due to the office location.

Duties:

  • Filing HR paperwork
  • Starter processes
  • Sending out new starter welcome e-mails
  • Compiling offer letters, contracts, benefits, requirements etc.
  • Taking HR, ER meeting minutes and tying up
  • Answer basic HR queries via mobile, e-mail, hard copy correspondence
  • Typing HR communication letters etc.
